Rexlift Terms of Service

Effective: 12 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and RexLiftApp ("Rexlift", "we") for the Rexlift apps and rexlift.app. By creating an account or using Rexlift you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use Rexlift.

1. Who can use Rexlift

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.

2. Not medical advice

Rexlift provides general fitness information, training plans, estimated starting weights and AI-generated suggestions. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. Body-scan results are rough estimates from photos. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have an injury or a health condition, and stop any exercise that causes pain. You train at your own risk.

3. Rexlift Pro subscriptions

• Rexlift Pro unlocks the AI body scan and Coach Rex. It is sold as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which handle billing, trials, renewals and refunds under their terms.
• Where a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change for future periods with notice.

4. Your content and the community

• You own what you post. You give Rexlift a licence to store, display and share it as needed to run the service according to your privacy settings.
• Follow the Community Guidelines shown in the app: no harassment, hate, body shaming, spam, impersonation, sexual content, or content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
• Reports are reviewed by us. Blocking someone hides your content from them and theirs from you.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Rexlift: no scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with the service, circumventing purchases or privacy controls, or using Rexlift for anything unlawful.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including Apple Health / Health Connect (write-only) and AI processing.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features (including AI features that depend on third-party providers) and may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes in the app; continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account & security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 2, 9 and 10 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Rexlift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexlift is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from training decisions based on its content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (the Emirate of Dubai), and disputes go to the courts there, except where consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
